You and Salvation

The Bible passages that explain how salvation is received.

Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." John 14:6 NKJV

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

The biblical foundation for what you are doing, based on God's Word.

[1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2] He was in the beginning with God. [3] All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. [4] In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. John 1:1-4 NKJV

In simple terms.

You must come to God through Jesus Christ, who is the only way. By His mercy and grace, God has brought you to this understanding. This means that your faith in Jesus is genuine and from the heart.

Pray

Confess Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead. This must be a personal acceptance of Him, not merely words, but a true belief from within.

"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9 NKJV

Salvation Prayer

Dear Lord Jesus, I believe that you died for me on the cross and rose again to give eternal life. I ask you to forgive me of all my sins and take control of my life. Thank you for saving me and making me your child. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Welcome To God's Family!
